How do I shop Arra?
Our sets are available to purchase online, through our website www.arralingerie.com/shop
What's my size?
Our sizes come in x-small, small, medium, large, x-large and 2XL. You should use our size guide to find the size most similar to your usual bra or underwear size.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify secure payment gateway for all safe and secure transactions. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, Apple Pay, and many international cards.
All prices is in GBP, however, is converted to the most up to date exchange rate at the time of purchase for all international purchases.
How can I track my order?
At the time of purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once payment has been confirmed, the processing and shipping process will begin. Depending on your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed to your address.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed between Monday and Friday, before 11 am, will be shipped out the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Saturday, and all orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will not be sent until Monday
Purchases made on bank holidays will be sent the following working day.
Note for the busy Holiday period or Black Friday Sales: orders may incur a day packing delay while we catch up on orders.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Our lingerie is delicate; please read the care labels carefully before you remove them.
Garments must be cold hand-washed only. Garments that have been washed incorrectly and are damaged cannot be refunded. Do not soak your garments too long, do not wash at a high heat and do not tumble dry.
What's your returns and exchange policy?
We understand the risks that comes with shopping online, which is why we have a straightforward exchange and refund policy.
